Sport this week

I have enjoyed watching miniball, hockey and netball this week. I have seen some great teamwork and very skilled children. You should all be proud of your efforts. Keep up the hard work! I will try to get around all the teams in the next few weeks.

Indian Ink Trees

On the snow day we did some great art. We chose a season, dyed the back ground, used straws to blow the ink to look like a tree and then used paint to decorate and add detail to the tree. This is some pictures of what some of them turned out like.

Our boats

For technology we are going through the design process and making boats in small groups. This is some pictures of us in action and our finished boats.

9-10 won their game 71-5!!

Blues lost 9-5
A big congratulations to Madaleine, Monique and Tannah who made it into the year 6 North Otago rep team for netball!

The children played extremely well last night and both teams that played came away with a win.
The Apollo's won 24-6 and the Bullet's won 22-19.
